I've always been driven by research, observation, listening, consulting and supporting individuals and organizations in their transformation.
During my studies in Management, I had the opportunity to work in the Market Research Laboratory of the Haute École de Gestion de Genève, first as a teaching assistant, then as a research assistant. This experience enabled me to learn about ethnomethodology, a scientific method of observation that has become a pillar of my analysis and strategic consulting work. These foundations led me to Management and Service Engineering consulting, where I carried out surveys and proposed tailor-made solutions to companies.
In parallel with my consulting activities, I have taught operational management at the Haute École de Gestion and occasionally at the EDHEC Business School and the University of Geneva. My interest in research has led me to publish several academic articles and to take part in conferences, where I have presented my work on topics related to Management and Service Engineering.
Over the years, my interest in human nature led me to train as a coach, which I've been practicing since 2013. This reconversion has enabled me to refocus my activity on supporting individuals in their personal and professional development.
After my training at the Institut de Coaching (IDC) and other specialized training, in 2013 I joined a company as a career management coach where I worked for over 10 years. In 2016, I became self-employed alongside my coach activity and work with various companies in the following fields:
