It was an eye-opening and transformative experience for me as a coachee, which inspired me to learn more, to train and then to become coach in my own right.

Understanding who we are, becoming aware of our strengths and what makes us unique, overcoming our hang-ups and answering the questions "what kind of person do I want to be?" or "what do I want to do with my life" seem to me to be wonderful challenges. If we are the ones who are best able to make the right decisions when it comes to our own lives, the external and neutral view of a coach can help us to gain in serenity and efficiency.

I also firmly believe that the company of the 21st century must work to promote individual fulfillment while fostering collective intelligence. It's a question of attractiveness, survival and success. For entrepreneurs facing up to these challenges, coaching is a formidable lever for action.

My mission is to help you create the conditions to achieve this, and to strengthen the ties between employees and their company.

So, after 20 years working for multinationals in the fields of strategy,organization and management control, I founded Ideogram Coaching to help people take charge of their lives and achieve new goals.

This has led me to focus today on coaching and training:
