Motivated by people at work, I have dedicated myself since 2016 to helping teams, organisations and companies achieve their objectives, with a focus on setting up collaborative structures that are respectful, sustainable and effective in the long term.

Co-creator of companies in consulting and design, member of several boards of directors, lecturer at HEC Lausanne, I use my training and these various experiences to facilitate the emergence of solutions during my business facilitations.

Coach managers, employees, job-seekers (or those returning to the world of work) and students, for almost 20 years I have been helping the men and women who trust me to identify and achieve their goals, to establish their approach to work-life balance or to realize their transition career path, whether desired or undergone.

Having had the chance to participate in the finalisation of the Team Alignment Map method (www.teamalignment.co), it has become one of the methods I use in my interventions in companies, together with Madeleine Laugeri's approach to emergent change (www.changementemergent.ch) and the use of psychological profiles (www.insights.com).

Trained in coaching , AT and NLP, I also use the principles of strategic therapy (Palo Alto) to open up the field of possibilities as much as possible in my individual coaching.

  • Facilitator and consultant in organization (and co-founder-administrator since 2017) for "les 4 cercles sàrl" with interventions in more than twenty organisations of various sizes, mainly in industry, health institutions and technology companies.
  • Co-founder and director of Nagaré Design SA (since 2017), a company active in professional interior architecture and stand design.
